Adding affects to a single phrase in a track....

In previous versions of Sonar I could highlight a a phrase on a single vocal track and do something like add delay and edit it even after the fact. Trying to do that in X3e It only allows for adding & auditioning. Once added tho I can not figure out where to go back and correct timing etc... Any..

Can I disconnect a softsynth? SOLVED

I'm using Platinum. In other versions I've been able to disconnect a softsynth? This essentially turns it off and frees up memory. I see no way to do this in the Synth rack. Am I missing something?..
