Transferring Sonar 8.5 to new computer

Sorry if this displays my computer ignorance, but how will I transfer my Sonar 8.5 to the new computer I am getting. It is registered to the computer I am currently using. Obviously my e-mail remains the same. Will it just be a case of re-activating it once it is transferred to the new hard drive? A..
