Midi issues

I'm using Sonar X3, or 3X, whatever... and an Akai MPK261 controller... I only get audio sporadically and it seems to be tied into whether I'm in play or not. Sonar on Mac

Pure curiosity... Has there even been talk by Cakewalk of a dedicated Mac version of Sonar? Is it or has it ever been on the radar? Is there any rumours? What would be the difficulty? The idea of having to crap-around with Boot-Camp turns me off, plus the extra cost of having to buy a copy of Window..

Project Hard Drive Recommendations

Today whilst using my PC I received the wonderful message: "Windows Disk Diagnostic detected a S.M.A.R.T. fault on disk ST31000528AS". This hard drive is dedicated to my Cakewalk Projects and it may well fail. I have a backup via a SyncToy scheduled task and am creating a second manual backup. Later..
