Demo Version of Sonar?

Hello dear community, I am looking for a DAW and do not know yet which one I want to purchase. Most DAW-suppliers like Image Line, Propellerhead, PreSonus etc. have a demo version to try out, however, I did not find any demo version on the page. So I wanted to ask if there is any possibility to try ..

Sonar Platinum did not "Import" my X3 settings

Normally a new version of sonar retains the properties from the previous version i.e. windows layouts, plugins layouts, audio drivers, resolution etc...When I installed sonar platinum, it did not do that...Is there a way to force it to do so?..

Boy that was painless!

I just installed Sonar Platinum and what seemed like a blink of the eye it was done. The only problem was when I initially tried to register it, my previous X3 Sonar serial number was not recognized. A quick call to Cakewalk fixed it. I have an email address that I normally use for stuff like this a..

When I run Command Center nothing happens

It shows up in the task manager as "Command Center Setup", as a background process. I'm running Windows 8.1 64-bit. Thanks,Mike..

disappointed with platinum

When using a daw the aim is to make our lives easier, sonar I feel that it's the opposite ... Since x1 version whenever several problems ... Sonar platinum I am disappointed! !! Sorry but I like to say what I think, peace..
