Sonar Platinum, Melodyne won't scan

I had X3e working perfectly with melodyne Editor. I installed platinum and it didn't show it in any of the plug in windows and was not available as a region effect. I uninstalled melodyne, reinstalled it, did a reset of the VSTs and rescanned. Now when it gets to the Melodyne.vst3 it gives and error..

Previous versions on command center

Under my products on the command center it only displays Sonar Platinum, AD2, melodyne, Rapture, and DP. It does not display my previous sonars such as 7,8,8.5 etc... nor does it display my purchased instructional videos. Is this sopposed to happen? Like when you roll back does it go back to the pre..

I just loaded C3 to check something and see that the Anderton pack is updated. Cakewalkers, how are you planing for us to get notification that an update is available? Are we to be expected to load C3 every day or will you be sending out emails or posting a notification on the forum? Just curious...
