X3 studio and X2 producer plugs

I recently upgraded to X3 Studio, I was running X2 Producer for a couple of years. I also wiped my PC so I don't have X2 installed anymore. In X3 Studio, there's no compressors in the ProChannel, which I used quite a bit in X2. If I do a custom install of X2, can I install only the Prochannel module..

is touch still an exciting prospect

It seems to have a lot of potential. Are cakewalk developers excited about the future of touch? I know the cake user community was pretty Luke warm on adoption. Any touch related changes in this release beyond the control bar?..

Wondering if this is possible? will this function only register changes to buffers ie.. from 128 to 512ms for mixing change reverb fx to convolution reverb? ie low latency plugins for recording swapped with pre determined fx for mixing/mastering...
