I'm having trouble finding a way to change audio settings for a project

I have an existing Sonar X3 project that has tracks recorded at 48k. Unfortunately I'm getting a warning now that it can't play because my interface is running at 44.1. Can't get my KORG nanoKONTROL2 to work in SONAR X3

I've tried all the instructions, and downloaded the updated drivers....still nothing. My computer recognizes the nano, but it does NOTHING inside of SONAR. is this a driver error, or just a plain compatibility issue? Couldn't Find anything on the KONTROL2 and X3. Static noise bursts/auto mute
