Cursor position & Dotted, vertical line on Timeline

This is something simple that I can't find. When I moved my mouse (cursor position) there used to be a dotted, vertical line that followed the mouse everywhere I went on the timeline (don't know what its called?). But it's gone and I can't get it back. What have I done to make this disappear? Thanks..

Hello Sonar People, is there a way to set up some kind of autorespond to incoming midi data? For example, I would need that of incoming MIDI CC 127 with a value 127, Sonar automatically responds with the same MIDI CC but with a different value.In Cubase this can be done with MIDI Sends and Transform..

Getting same results with reverb on a send as an insert
