[Solved] Just installed Sonar X3a, getting audio crackles

It's happening with both midi and audio. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series running Windows 7. My interface is an M-Audio Fast Track USB with 2 ins, and the ASIO panel shows 64, but the audio settings in Sonar are at 256. Maybe that's it. Any ideas?..

Hey friends, Is there a way to export a MIDI file from a MIDI track in Home Studio 7? This option is not appearing in the menu. The menu shows only "midi groove clip", but grays out when the tune is not running. The track is a piano part, so only one channel. I want to load the track in another DAW ..

Just got an Alesis Multimix 8 and all my tracks record over each other - help

I just hooked up an Alesis Multimix8 usb to Cakewalk Studio and when I record a new guitar track the beat that I have already laid down as a track records over my new guitar track. Can anyone help me separate my tracks so they don't bleed together? I didn't have this issue with my 2 port M-Audio. ..

I have been using Sonar 8.5 Producer on a Windows 7 computer (64 bit) with no problems. [EDIT: Since posting this...--I found that 4 other VSTis do NOT display this bug, so it seemed to have been TruePianos-specific--After restarting Sonar, I found that TruePianos now behaves (the settings suggested by Craig below were in fact the existing defaults.. so hopfeully all in the past now ;-..
