Can't Record Audio with Audiobox 22VSL

Hi. Looking for some help. I'm running Sonar X3 Producer on a Lenovo T420 Laptop (i5 4Gb Ram). When I try to use my Audiobox 22VSL, I can use Midi without any problems (through Addictive Drums etc) but when I plug in a mic or instrument, the software doesn't record anything. I can't drag MIDI or WAV files from the file system to Sonar. Now this is not something I do frequently, so this may have stopped working some time ago, or perhaps there is a setting I need to change? Windows 8.1, Sonar X3e... anyone have suggestions for a fix? Thanks!..

Can't see RIFF Wave

[Solved] Disappearing projects?
