Muted Tracks

After I open a project and mute several tracks, I save the song and close it. When I open the song again, the tracks are no longer muted. This does not happen on all songs however.What am I missing? Thanks!..

Solved! No Transport movement ( no clock..) in record.. plays back fine

Me Again... I've done something ( maybe ) and have no clue ( other than adjust the volume of my metronome). I Arm a track,,, click clock.. but no movement on the time line..
