DELAY BETWEEN PLAYING AND HEARING SOFT SYNTHS & DRUMS FROM A KEYBOARD

Folks, I've been working on the basic rhythm tracks for a new song/project. The drums and soft synths record perfectly until I add an audio track. Then I get a delay between playing the keyboard and hearing the soft synth/drum sounds. When I delete the audio track everything is fine again. I'm using..
