Track View FX Bin effect name is grayed out

Does anyone know why or how an effect name becomes grayed out in the FX Bin? The ON/OFF button is blue but the text isn't. It's not a missing effect, those have blue text but will be in parentheses. Thanks..

If you were going to buy a new desktop for tracking what OS would you use for X3? And why...as I do not plan to use touchscreen. I guess all I care about is stability and being able to eliminate the unneeded bloatware with ease. I would also like to have some control over what is creating interrupts..

Can You Permanently Disable "Enable MIDI Out"?

Hi All, It seems like even when I untick the checkmark for "Enable Midi Out", when I insert a softsynth, it still enables it. Anyone else experiencing this? Thank You, Adam..

Matrix view won't play MIDI synths

I opened up a project in X3e and tried to use the Matrix View today - the audio clips play back, but none of the MIDI clips do. I recently started changing my colors and it's gone pretty well. The Customization/Colors doc has one listed I can't find to change. It's listed there as Console FX Bin Text. I searched in the colors search box and looked through All Colors box. Is this possible? Thanks! - Shep..
