Midi input problems and overall midi problem.

I have Sonar X2 studio. I use sonar with notation program connected through midi with loop MIDI virtual cables for more midi ports. Everything work well if i use small ensemble, sometimes some notes are stuck. Big problems are if i have big romantic orchestra. The stuck notes are more and some part ..

Every time I zoom in or out, it changes the musical time stamp setting, and I would like to lock it to measure and keep it there. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance for your time and help...

so with the $25 voucher, one item I went for was getting the mp3 encoder activated, since I always went outside of Sonar to make MP3 files...which I do quite a bit, btw.
