prochannel analog modules: gain-staging?

I have quite a few vst plugins that emulate old analog gear, which recommend to send a 0dBVU (~-18dbfs rms) signal into them for optimal processing. What about the prochannel compressors, tape emu and console emu? Would it be beneficial or does it not matter?..

Internal video syncing issue [RESOLVED]

reason midi files

A while back there was a bit of talk about an issue with exporting midi files from reason into sonar due to Reason's higher ppqn or something similar... was there ever a fix? I am trying to export several files into Sonar and they are playing back not quite right... I'm hoping I don't have to replay..

using joystick panner with fm8?

i use the joystick panner here and there in projects and while it works GREAT in z3ta, rapture, and surround panning, i can't for the life of me get it to work with fm8. has anyone done this without using a third-party joystick to midi driver?..

Everything has stopped working... Z3TA+ problems???

I downloaded Z3TA+ last night. Installed, but have not used it. Came in today to some work, and nothing works. I have audio tracks with waves I can see in the track pane. The meters are not moving. No MIDI function, no audio. I have restarted the audio engine. Also, the 'start' and 'stop' functions ..
