VX64 - Where do the presets live?

I want to save a tweaked preset as a 'User' setting in Cakewalk's VX64 Vocal Strip, preferably in the place where the factory presets list lives, but I can't find it, even if I wildcard search my C: drive for any of the factory preset names. Has anyone any idea where these are? I want to keep things..

[Solved] How do I Reduce Mod Wheel Values?

In Sonar X3e I have a Kontakt violin part that was recorded with the Mod Wheel too hot. The Mod wheel in this case controls volume. I would like to reduce the values to bring down the volume (not thin mod wheel data) without having to go in and change each one individually. How can I do that? Thanks..
