Recommended Buffer Size For Addictive Drums 2

I have problems with AD2 running slow with lag. I have my buffer size set at 250 but remember reading there is an idea setting for X-3 and AD2. What settings best help you with AD2? Thanks of any info!..

Lost track strip

I'm using Sonar 7 and I've lost the track strip (I guess that's what you call it) on the far left side of the screen.In track view it is the horizontal strip that shows track volume and effects inserts etc.. How do I get it back?..

No "Region EFX" appearing on right click clip menu?
