Availability of Line6 POD Farm amps, etc...

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if (and where) I am going wrong. I own the Line6 POD Farm 2.5, plus the various model packs. When I record an audio track, I see to the right I can select Audio effects, but Line6 stuff doesn't appear there. I see TH2 and Brevity stuff and so on, but no Line6 ..
