What FILTERING plugins do you recommend?

Change Where Bars Start?

So I had posted a month or two ago about being able to move a video on the timeline and unfortunately it looks like it's just not gonna happen unless I convert videos to very specific formats before importing (something with X3's video engine). So I've accepted that and I'm working around it for now..
