Anybody actually use Audiosnap?

I have tried repeatedly to use AudioSnap and have done nothing but waste a lot of time. I have followed the online help and a few of the internet tutorials but have yet to get it to actually work. I have to ask if anybody uses it and is there some magic key that I may be missing?..

Long audio file to edit and sonar keeps freezing everytime I move a clip
