Editing a region that contains time line markers

So I've imported a WAV file (X3e) that is 6 min long and I'm trying to shrink it down to 4 min. What I have done is to first established markers on the time line for quick reference denoting Verse 1, Chorus 1, V2, Ch 2, Bridge ect . . . . 2nd User Account and Melodyne Issue - solved

I've created a second user account on my Windows 8.1 computer to resolve an unrelated issue. Everything about Sonar works for the new user account except for Melodyne. Do I need to re-install it? Is there some work around?..
