Will unchecking Fast bounce in Freeze options improve the audio quality of freezed tracks?

I have been using Fast bounce even while exporting final mix for a while, coz I dont seem to notice any change in quality with that enabled. Sonar doesn't remember sampling rate of projects with no audio track!!!

I just loaded some old projects with no audio track and only instrument tracks. can't drag/drop audio files into a track

I just installed Sonar Platinum from crash on a new laptop. Got it working ok but now I - can't drag/drop audio files into a track. It will let me right-click in the track lane and import audio that way, but I can't drag and drop. How do I get that back, is there a setting?..

Backing tracks and Sonar X3 producer.

Is there a way when importing a backing track ....let say from You Tube or where ever...or a tune from a CD, to have the different instruments on their own tracks rather than all in one?Or is this wishful thinking? Thank you in advance for your replies. Regards Gerry..
