I have Sonar X1 and need to install on a new computer because of a crash. I downloaded from the website but it will not register. Is this because of the aquisition or am I doing something wrong...

I want my adaptive limiter so............

I can use it in any DAW of my choosing. That would seem like a nice gesture for the loss of "Lifetime Updates"...

Location of VST presets

Hi all, Where does Sonar keep any *fxp and *vstpreset files by default? Is there any option to change the default path so the drop-down preset menu from a plugin window shows the presets in this folder? Thanks!..

Sonar Platinum Crashing...

Can someone help me with what might be going on. I've been working fairly well since a reinstall of Sonar Platinum but now I'm getting a crash every time I open a certain project causing the fault reporter to kick in. I took a picture of the error notice but know how to post a picture here...but bas..

Authorization lost...

Just wondering if anyone else has been prompted to enter (re-enter after months/years of use) the registration code for any PC modules (or other CW plugs). My PC Channel Compressor did just that. It's not a problem, per se, just a PITA. And the "why" of it makes me think "bug," of course. I'm afraid..

Adaptive Limiter Gone !

The Adaptive Limiter has vanished from the plug ins menu The Adaptive Limiter is running on all of my previously saved projects and functioning but I can no longer find it for new projects. Has anyone experienced this. Any suggestions or has it vanished forever...
