Sonar Studio 7 Problem. Microphone latency/delay?

so basically everytime i try to record something on my mic it's always delayed. i shifted the buffer size key all the way to left for fast. it kinda helped but my recordings usually mess up and get all distorted in the middle of them and the beat skips while try to record. what should i do now? i us..

VELOCITY LINE DRAW

I remember older versions of Cake allowed drawing velocity curves with a straight line (in piano roll, using a draw tool that changed the velocities of multiple notes in a straight line.) Where is this option in Sonar 8.5? It's there, though, right? JG..

Dimension Pro reinstall problem...

Hi! I had to reinstall my computer and realised I didnt have Dimension Pro anymore. I do have the 1.5 setup and all the audiofiles on a separate harddrive. Need a reminder (Waves plug-ins reset) - Solved

Can anyone help me find, or remind me the fix for this? Opening a project in a different version of Sonar resets all Waves plug-ins to default settings. Wasn't there a fix for this in X3? Thanks!..

Track template question

I have just started to set up track templates for various things (e.g. Addictive Drums.) I saved them out of a new project which I opened with a project template (probably irrelevant) and it did not keep the track color. Is this expected behavior or something I can change?..
