How do I transfer .cwp files from one computer to another.

Hey All I want to transfer some songs I did for a friend in Sonar 6 from my old computer to my new computer. I tried to copy and paste the song xxxxx.cwp from one computer to the other but that didn't work. I'm not even sure that is the right way to do it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Tma..

Is Jamstix 3.6.0 working for you in Sonar X3e?
