izotope neutrino install error

i'm trying to install the free izotope neutrino plug-in and i get the following error: "error installing C++ x64 redistributable. error code 1638" Googling and going to a MS page, it says i need to install the "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015" does this sound correct? anyone else s..
