Dual monitors

Hello! I’m setting up dual monitors for the first time and am finding that SPLAT will not load when I’m using the Targus USB dual monitor dock I purchased. All of my other software (DAWs included) work great with it. I just get the black Sonar Platinum window and it doesn’t load. Any advice on this?..

Weird behavior with VST's

OK, I had a HD crash and a few other problems recently and I had to reinstall some stuff. Now when I open up an older project my VST's are assigned to a different instrument than what they were originally.
