Pitch correction

Regarding pitch correction for voice-with Melodyne-I have 2 problems. On the older brand of pitch correction 5-10 years ago, I could “write” the tone. How do I quickly change the length of multiple notes (MIDI) from 0?

Got this MIDI drum track where all the kick notes have a length of 0 - how can I quickly (IE using ctrl-a for example) change them all to a value of say 10? I have tried event filter and while I can certainly select all the notes, there is no way I cna actually edit them. IIRC older versions of Sona..

Order of operations: phase alignment then quantize or vise versa?

Okay. I like Melodyne studio's quantize on my live drums.Phase issues are not obvious but I thought I'd use my Radix phase align and see what I see (hear what i hear). What would be the order of operations: phase alignment first and then quantize....or quantize and then phase align? thanks, Kawika..
