Updated now L-phase eq and mb are just blank black squares

So i updated platinum for the first time..i knew it would cause problems..now when i open 'lp eq' or 'lp mb'...they open but the square that contains the plugin is just black..no controls nothing just black..any ideas ? Thanks Ps tried reinstall..no luck..
