Advance playhead by frames?

To anyone using SONAR to mix soundtracks... Is there a way to advance the playhead/video one frame at a time? Is it okay to install Sonar Professional alongside X3 Producer?

Piano Roll View C#s Off?

I noticed ever since I started using Cakewalk (Home Studio 9) that the PRV keys labeled C0 - C10 don't jive with actual notes. C0 is actually C-1, C1 = C0, and so on. Why is this and can it be adjusted?..

MME or ASIO?

I have sonar platinum using scarlett 6i6 2nd gen. In preferences should I be checking MME or ASIO. Have Windows 10 - 64 bit. Also, The default was MME. I can hear playback through speakers but not during peview (Headphones in 6i6 works for preview though)..

Does Sonar Support MIDI Polyphonic Expression (MPE)?
