Mp3 encoder - need one for X2 and platinum

When I try to convert to mp3, I get a notice that I need to contact Cakewalk support and get an encoder. How do I email Cakewalk support? The email page doesn't take me to an email. Not sure how to proceed to get the encoder. Thanks, Marsi..

Low on memory all of a sudden

Reverb starting late when exported to wav only

Take Lanes Become un-muted during comping

Just experienced this for the first time. While recording a comped solo, after about 3 or sometimes 4 takes the previous take becomes un-muted while you are still recording and starts to play at the same time you are recording. Anyone else experience this?Thanks..

Wasapi doesn't sound in X2 or Platinum

Hello, Working with ASIO4all and it is good for midi recording but, when I want to record an audio track I have to switch to MME I's like to use one driver for both. If I try to load Wasapi it doesn't sound, the meters move but no audio. Suggestions? Thanks..
