Wav file won't load

Jusr bought some wav samples from bigfish. Tried to drag & drop to an audio track and all I get are periods (see image file below) showing up in the track. As well as in other tracks. Tried to import as well. Restarted my computer. No luck. Anyone have any idea what might be happening? Thanks. h..

No Audio Meter Activity

I disconnected everything from my computer and when I hooked it back up I no longer get audio. Sonar sees my card. (Komplete Audio 6). I have midi meter activity but no audio meter activity at all. MCU Pro Scrub Button Freezes Sonar Platinum

When in a project, if scrub button pushed on MCU Pro, the project freezes. I've had every version on Sonar prior to platinum, never had the issue. Doubly annoying because the scrub button is sometime pushed accidently when using the jog wheel. My workaround it I put a small cap over the scrub button..
