Where is default "WAVEDATA" directory?

SONAR Professional crashing a lot lately

I've been getting a lot of crashes in the last couple of weeks, Windows will throw up a "SONARPRO.EXE has stopped working" message and I lose any work I hadn't saved. So exactly how does this work???Do you open Melodyne then start recording in comp mode takes OR do you record a clip, THEN open Melodyne and start recording in comp mode? A brief tutorial (video) would be helpful!!!..
