Track Icons - Some load automatically and some don't

Why would it be that when i bring up say Serum the track icon loads automatically, but if I bring up Arturia Vox Continental it doesn't? Seems like it should be easy for the software to recognize that I used this icon the last 1000 times and automatically insert it on occasion 1001...

LP eq and multiband stay in demo mode?

Just downloaded and installed professional through the command center...however, LP eq and multiband remain in demo mode...I tried off line authorization...no go....the serial numbers are in my account...any ideas of how to get them out of demo mode? Thanks guys!..

GOT IT FIGURED OUT - THANKS.

I'm using sonar professional. If I use some of my plug-ins - Rapture, Dimension Pro, SI Bass Guitar and SI piano they will not save with the project. If I close out the file after doing some work, those plug-ins aren't there when I re-open it. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong. Thanks...
