HI:Been a cakewalk user since the 90's and when I logged in and tried to upgrade X3 Producer today to Platinum, I came up as a new user with no discount. midi groove clip has delay despite my Best efforts... help plz

Sonar locks, produces a buzz and needs task manager to shut down
