{SOLVED} After updating SONAR the plugin mgr crashed a lot w out completing a full scan .

I updated SONAR tonight and now I'm really sorry I did ..I don't know why all of a sudden my plugin manager can't make it through a scan without crashing ...After it crashes I have no VST 3 Plugs or Synths listed in SONAR ...My last scan was a few weeks ago ...no problemsI don't know what to do here..
