comp/sound on sound...the difference?

What's the difference between the two? I know what sound on sound is from my old time reel to reel days but not sure how these choices figure into multi tracking and sonar platinum. Thanks for any help Joni..

Why cant we share Templates?

Why cant we share Templates? Like the music Templates with everything set up. I believe some other DAW's can. I dont rely on them BUT I they teach me different things that I use in my own. There should totally be a way for us to create them and upload them here and share with each other. Anyone else..
