Major SONAR difficulties PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! -S

For like 17 years now SONAR has been allowing me to full fill ALL of my musical asperations and opening new doors...TO THE POINT that the MAJOR PROBLEM with SONAR is the guilt I posses for not recording enough new tracks...i'M LOOSING MY ABILITY TO MAKE WINNING songs sucks because MUSIC is a muscle ..

Pre/Post Meter Options

From the console view, Sonar allows you to choose whether the meters are displaying pre or post fader levels. I find I like to toggle between the two at specific times but also find it somewhat cumbersome to do so. Anyone have any tricks they can share to easily display one or the other without clic..

Sonar won't play through my speakers.

I'm currently trying to complete a music assignment on Sonar and the sound isn't working. I'm not very familiar with Sonar, but to my knowledge it should be working. I've inserted a synth etc, any help would be greatly appreciated!..
