Remove a device from controller surfaces menu

Hello, I there is a entry seemingly stuck in midi/control surfaces menu. When I click on the yellow star icon it is always that selection even though I have selected others and have disconnected that controller from the computer. It is always there in that window. Where can I go to delete that entry..

Insert Stereo Bus changes name?

Lets say I create a new stereo bus, which gets named by Sonar to A. I then go and do all my work using it creating sends etc in the various tracks. Then decide to add another stereo bus, why does Sonar automatically rename the existing bus to B and insert a new "A"?..

I am addicted to the call file humanizing. But is there a better way? Need some more input methods where I can de select to use note length, and separate timing and velocity. If only solution is that I make the Call file myself then where do I start? And where can I get help to write it?..

Can't use 48k instead of 44.1 on New project

I've always used 44.1 24 bit on all my projects and have a project I'd like to record at 48k 24 bit. I started a New project and chose 48k as the sampling rate.
