Deleted parts of tracks still audible

Recently I cut to/three sections and deleted them from the track. On playback Sonar still played these pops and sighs that I initially wanted to get rid of. So I "bounced to track", but they were still there until I restarted Sonar. Not a big problem though, just one more thing to be aware of...

Process > Transpose > Formant Scaling?

The online Help Documentation for Transpose Dialog refers to Formant scaling (as shown in the pic below) but whenever I open the actual Transpose dialog from the File Menu there is no such option.
