The fastest way to quantize multitrack drums in SONAR without stretching audio? Questions

Hello guys! Sorry for any English language/grammar mistakes, I'm from Poland. Recently I have a lot of drum recordings to edit and I want to ask which method you use to edit drum timing? I'm talking about editing every kick/snare/tom hit (sometimes even hi hat and some cymbals from overhead tracks) ..

Is there any way to reverse (play backward) audio clip?

Hey there I remember seeing ability to play audio clips backward somewhere- cant remember if it was function in Sonar or some other 3rd party plugin. Would be great to be able to do it. Any recommendations? Thank you...

How to mute the recorded sound but keep the instrument unmute?

Greetings!Sometimes, after recording a guitar track I need to play that part again but mute the current record.Mute button completely mutes the track while I would like to mute only the recorded sound but not the guitar itself. How to do that in Sonar?Thank you!..

Crossfade POST FX bin

How do I set my crossfades to occur POST FX bin? They are currently pre FX bin which means all my dry guitars are faded before they hit the amp sim and it just dials down the gain...

Bass VST's Standard Electric and Upright.

With my new found love of converting real bass tracks into midi using the drag and drop Melodyne trick I though a thread talking about Bass VST's would be handy. I'd prefer if we stick to traditional Electric Bass and for sure good Upright too. Please no synth Bass, I think we are well covered there..

Sending a track to LFE only - help!

Hello all! Have a mix for a film I am doing. I created a 5.1 channel sub-mix in a separate project, mixed it down to 6 separate .wav files, then imported it into my master mix. It was easy enough to assign each track to L,C,R,Ls, and Rs. However, I can't figure out any way to assign the rendered LFE..

Quality on playback

Hello all,Making a few guitar tracks using a VST called X50. When I'm tracking with input monitoring on, everything sounds great.. but when playing back, there seems to be a dip in quality and I'm not sure why. Is there a setting I should be looking for that would cause it to sound different on play..
