A crackle at one point of a softsynth on midi timeline

This is very strange. On my softsynths at measure 17, there is a crackle around the third beat on my soft synths. It goes away if I remove the note at that point. I cannot figure out any controller or other matters going on at that point. If I start the curser on track 17, the crackle does not occur..
