Heavy project - clicks on mixdown

Can someone help me to understand why I am getting a few clicks on an exported song? The project is heavy with many plugings, .... and during playback the computer is creating some random clicks.... sometimes... Is there a way to correct this? I just need to have a clean mixdown.
