ProChannel control from Mackie surface?

I'm using Sonar X2 and trying to get the ProChannel (eq/compressor) to respond to a Mackie emulation surface (BCF2000/X32). I can control the Fx eq , but it doesn't want to control the prochannel eq. Anyone got it working?..

Control Bar: How do I keep it locked from project to project?

I can lock the control bar in one project, but it will not remain the same when I switch projects. Do I have to keep arranging it and locking it for every project? Or is there a way to keep it the same no matter which project I'm working on? Thanks for reading this.I am using Sonar Platinum ver: 22...

VST SCAN NOT FINDING WAVES PLUGINS

For some odd reason, I don't have access to my waves plugins within sonar. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the waves command center twice. No effect. What's the folder that waves plugins are in?..

What is the best Multiband compressor?

So what is the best Multiband compressor to use with Sonar X3? Of course people will say Sonitus Multiband or and LP-64. But what about the other third party options, and do I really need to spend my $$$ or should I be happy with what I have? I appreciate Multiband compressors can be a pretty niche ..

Importing .wav files- they placed at 1600 meassure- why?

Hey thereI have like 10 audio files to import on individual tracks. For some reason when I importing them one at a time, they been placed to measure 1600, it it is very hard to drag them back to 1- too far. I been using Cut/Paste to place them at measure one, but I am wondering why they going so far..

Anyone using Cakewalk/Edirol UA-25EX on Win8.1?

I got a fanless, passive-cooled SSD laptop - perfect for tracking - with Win8.1 on it But the drivers from Roland do not install. And if I do get them installed using a trick, the audio in Sonar freezes randomly (VUs don't move, audio flatlines, sometimes digital noise) I found one thread here ..
