Tracking Latency question . . .

Set my buffer to 64 - 5.8 ms Latency - basically can't feel this when playing even when playing fast on a track with no plugs acrross it. digital overload/crackle/distortion at 6700 hz?

Hi, I am having the WEIRDEST issue. I am getting what sounds like a digital overload at 6700 hz, but only on playback, and only at that frequency, like it's a harmonic of something. Projects do not always open. SONAR hangs. losing my mind.

This happens to me daily. I will open a project and SONAR just hangs. No disk or cpu activity. Click on the X to close the window and it comes back and says SONAR is not responding.
