Changing frequency for MIDI notes

Hi, I am currently using Sonar 4 Producer and want to change the "temperament" by changing the fundamental frequency of the notes. Is it possible to do this? I seem only to be able to use equal temperament. If it's not possible to change this, does anybody know if it can be changed in Sonar 5 or ..
