Slow Loading Issue of Music Labs Guitars in a Project

So I have some existing projects that contain an instance of Music Labs Guitars, in one case Real Strat and the latest version of Platinum When I hit play i noticed no output from the Real Strat track, so I opened the synth rack and the properties of the VST and noticed the GUI SLOWLY loading the so..

Exporting question

I have a song I am sending for mastering. They request an uncompressed WAV file 44.1 to 96K and 16-24 bit. I am planning to send a 16Bit / 44.1 file, but what do they mean by "Uncompressed"? Is there something special I choose when exporting in Sonar? Thanks!..
