How can I get Synth Rack View to stay put...

I can add the Synth Rack View to the right column browser by going to Views on the topmost menu. But when I exit the project and return to it, I have to repeat the process. Any way to fix this?..

I want to run Sonar on 4 computers in the same studio (3 as slaves)
