Has phone support for SONAR been discontinued?

I've not seen any phone slots available for nearly a year, anyway, but now it looks like the phone support option has been quietly removed from the support page. Only email support is available. Is everyone else seeing the same thing? http://www.cakewalk.com/Support#Contact..

Writing Vol. Automation over existing ... jumps back to previous when fader is not moving?

Weird Sonar Behavior

when I load an instance of Kontakt, there's a single note that wont playback. I triggered it when recording (sounded fine) but when I go to play it back it omits that single note! Any ideas?..

Found it... So... Changing the post to... No stereo

It seems to be happening randomly on both win 8 and 10.I will notice that a buss will stop sending stereo out. I did find the fix.. but I keep seeing it..but I can turn off or mute the buss or delete the buss and the problem goes away until a fresh boot with a previous project. (randomly)..

Bug? Cannot delete MIDI clips

Hi all, I'm running SONAR 22.12.0, Steam edition, on Windows 8.1. I've been experiencing this issue intermittently for a long time but I finally caught it in action today. Once in a while I will have a clip whereby I cannot Copy and Paste. Whenever I Ctrl-V nothing happens. But for other clips there..

Over the years I have watched as other people had problems with new versions and installs, and various bugs.
