Changing midi note velocity in heavy projects make issue in timing

Please help - FATAL ERRORS - Well after all that...

After all the uninstalling/ reinstalling/computer resetting /reinstalling bla bla. OMG! it took so long. Anyway, it was a corrupt file. I have no idea why or how a file becomes corrupt or what it had to do with D-pro but that's what it was. (At least I hope - but hasn't crashed for a couple of hours..
